Job Description:

Airbus Crisa (TSAI) is responsible for designing, developing, and producing Avionics Equipment for Space applications at Airbus DS - Space Systems. The department TSAM5 handles Sales and Contract Management at Airbus Crisa.

As part of the commercial and contracts team, the job holder will focus on bid management and commercial activities:

  • Prepare responses to national and international bid invitations, including RFIs/RFPs, subcontractor proposal assessment, and negotiation.
  • Manage the Bid team, organize team activities during the proposal phase, and ensure compliance with the acquisition process.
  • Engage in technical and programmatic discussions during negotiation phases in coordination with the Campaign Manager.
  • Ensure proper communication within the bid team, distribution of documents, and evolution of requirements obtained from the Campaign Manager.
  • Take responsibility for preparing winning proposals, defining proposal structures, and overseeing associated volumes.
  • Collect cost estimates, challenge them if necessary, prepare price templates, and ensure compliance with customer procurement and sales processes.
  • Coordinate with various teams to obtain expertise in commercial bids and negotiations.
  • Support pricing negotiations and contract discussions, contributing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to financial objectives by proposing/negotiating payment plans and supporting invoicing and cash targets.

Education:

Post-graduate Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required.

Language:

Proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary, while French proficiency would be beneficial.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in bid management within an international environment.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Autonomous yet a team player, flexible, and transparent, with a proactive and creative approach.
