What you’ll do & Who you are
At Adevinta we are looking for a Global Marketing Insights Lead to join our team in Barcelona. Be aware that this is a hybrid role (1 day in the office), reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, therefore you will have to come to our offices based in Barcelona.
The Global Marketing Insights Lead is responsible for leading projects that provide critical Marketing insights across Adevinta markets, including key initiatives to help better understand the impact of our Marketing activity within the business and fostering a data-informed decision-making.
- What you'll do:_- Insights Generation:_- Analyze data from various sources across Adevinta markets to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.-
- Create detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to key stakeholders.-
- Translate data into actionable insights that can guide marketing strategy and tactics.Market Trends Monitoring:_- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to keep the company ahead of market shifts.-
- Conduct competitive analysis.-
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies in marketing analytics.-
- ROI / Measurement:_- Work on the implementation of solutions to evaluate the return of the various marketing channels and campaigns, such as MMM, CLV, etc.-
- Program and Stakeholder Management:_- Consult with local marketing teams to capture insights requirements across markets.-
- Work closely with the local marketing teams, global data analytics teams, product and other key stakeholders to enable insights-driven solutions.-
- Anticipate, manage and mitigate risks of misalignments among markets.-
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure local market needs are met while maintaining global strategic alignment.-
- Present findings to senior management and other key stakeholders influencing decision-making processes.- Who you are:_- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role- Advanced level of English, any other language will be a plus.
