Bij **BNZSA **streven we ernaar om dingen anders te doen - en dat blijkt: Onze klantenbinding bedraagt 95%. Eind maart 2023 kondigen we met trots aan dat BNZSA is overgenomen door Anteriad, een full-funnel B2B marketing solutions provider gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten. Met deze nieuwe bedrijfsspier zullen we onze zoektocht om de industrie te veranderen voortzetten.

**Vacature-omschrijving**:
Het werk als **Business Development Representative (BDR) **bestaat uit het bellen van Nederlandse en Vlaamse bedrijven om met de IT-manager de spreken. Aan de telefoon wordt niet verkocht. Het is ons werk om informatie te verzamelen door de juiste vragen te stellen over relevante IT-gerelateerde onderwerpen. Het doel van het gesprek is om een "lead" te genereren: het opzetten van een meeting tussen de IT-manager en de salesmedewerker van onze cliënt. Tijdens onze kenmerkende Warm Handover-lead, werk je hand-in-hand met de verkoopexperts van onze cliënten - zoals Intel, Dell of Fujitsu - en verbeter je jezelf met de beste van de beste uit de branche terwijl je je netwerk van managers over de hele wereld opbouwt.

**Ongelimiteerd Comissiesysteem**:
Ons commissiesysteem houdt in dat dat, hoe meer leads je genereert, hoe meer geld je verdient, zonder maximum. Als BDR bij BNZSA creëer je je eigen geluk.

Overigens, mocht ons verhaal je aanspreken, maar heb je geen aantoonbare ervaring... geen zorgen, daar zorgen wij voor We hebben een uitstekend onboardingproces en zorgen ervoor dat iedereen bij BNZSA kan groeien.

**Remote Program* - Werken van buiten Madrid**:
We zijn recentelijk gestart met de mogelijkheid om overal vanuit Spanje te werken. Of je nu in Galicië, Andalusië of ergens anders op het Spaanse schiereiland woont, de deuren van BNZSA staan open voor je

We zullen je vragen de eerste week naar Madrid te komen, waarbij wij vervoer en accommodatie betalen, natuurlijk. Na deze eerste week zal je naar huis gaan, om te werken vanuit je comfortabele woonkamer.

**Werktijden**:
Maandag t/m donderdag:
08.00 - 17.00 (1 uur lunchpauze)

Vrijdag: 08.00 - 14.00

**Je profiel**:

- Nederlands/Vlaams op moedertaalniveau
- Ervaring in verkoop en/of telemarketing is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
- Doelgerichte mentaliteit en initiatief
- De woonplaats moet zich op Spaans grondgebied bevinden
- Je moet legaal en voltijd in Spanje kunnen werken
