**Profiel**:
- Moedertaal Nederlands en vloeiend Engels.
- Goede klantrelaties onderhouden. Hebt inzicht in de klantvraag en weet snel in te spelen op hun behoeften.
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een contact center.
- Kennis van Salesforce CRM is een pluspunt.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Actief luisteren en een analyse maken van de vraag van de klant en deze zelf zo goed mogelijk proberen op te lossen.
- Overleg met collega's om tot een oplossing te komen. Je respecteert de aangekondigde timing en procedures.
- Vragen beantwoorden en advies geven.
- Elk contact nauwgezet registreren in een CRM-systeem.
- Expert niveau op het gebied van DPD producten en diensten.
