Ze hebben meer dan 12.000 medewerkers in meer dan 20 markten en bedienen klanten over de hele wereld. Het bedrijf bevindt zich momenteel in een periode van enorme groei, zowel wat betreft de uitbreiding van bestaande locaties als de ontwikkeling van nieuwe markten. De locatie in Madrid zal een uitzendingstudio zijn van waaruit we 24/7/365 live casinospellen zullen hosten – denk aan een gigantische tv-studio van waaruit we live uitzenden met behulp van de nieuwste technologie. De site in Madrid zal internationale markten bedienen (voornamelijk Portugees, Spaans, Nederlands en Italiaans). Ze verwachten in het eerste jaar minimaal 250-500 mensen aan te nemen in Madrid. Het merendeel van de aanwervingen zal voor instapfuncties zijn, wat betekent dat we geen eerdere werkervaring vereisen. Via hun eigen interne Academie bieden ze betaalde trainingen voor nieuwkomers aan in zowel onderhandelingsvaardigheden als presentatievaardigheden, twee overdraagbare vaardigheden die onze medewerkers kunnen gebruiken, of ze nu bij ons blijven of doorgroeien naar andere professionele activiteiten.De rol van Game Presenter is om een van onze casinospellen te presenteren in een van onze live studio's
