As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be to provide specific business and technical enablement, developing partner capability and knowledge to sell effectively. You will manage partner relationships, drive sales, and increase market share while ensuring partner satisfaction and loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage partner forecasting and performance using various tracking tools.
- Oversee partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and driving successful deal closures.
- Develop a portfolio of partners, focusing on sales growth, market share, and profit margins.
- Analyze partner markets and competition to evaluate interests in specific business unit solutions.
- Define reseller targets, identify gaps, and implement strategies to close those gaps.
- Educate partner sales forces on product solutions, emphasizing value propositions against competitors.
- Foster partner loyalty and ensure they meet program requirements and take advantage of promotions and events.
- Collaborate with partners to drive revenue through campaigns and opportunity identification.
- Enhance partner attach rates and orchestrate internal resources to support partners, leveraging methods like demonstrations and customer testimonials.
- Encourage the use of online tools and assist with deal administration when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor partner marketing plans and co-develop partner business strategies.
- Upgrade partners to higher program levels and recruit new partners as required.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Dutch at a native level.
- Preferred two years of related technical sales experience.
- Experience in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors, is a plus.
- Familiarity with channel programs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals through negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and prioritization.
- Ability to innovate and make sound decisions using good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
