**Our Insurance Client is looking to hire a Business Systems Consultant on an 8-Month Contract.**:
- Business Systems Consultant- Client: Insurance Company
- Role: Business Systems Consultant

- What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 5 years in the Business Systems Analysis practice - Must have the ability to communicate intelligibly with all levels including senior (AVP) business and IT partners. - Ability to see the big picture, identifying risks and opportunities across the AML domain. - Strong collaborator with a proven record of success working in a team environment. - Customer and results focused: ability to work with clients to understand and act based on their needs, assess risks, and achieve a valued result. - Experience in Agile ways of working and a strong drive to learn and adapt to emerging methodologies and practices. - Adaptable: maintains effectiveness while managing competing demands, dealing with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events - Judgment: Uses sound and accurate judgment, makes timely decisions, and readily communicates the reasons behind them. - Strong communication skills: able to understand and accurately interpret the meaning, purpose and importance of verbal and written messages. - Analysis: ability to break down high level business requirements into more detail by questioning and probing for clarification - Deliverables: proven ability to produce project documentation including - but not limited to: business, functional/non-functional, and user requirement documents, process and data maps, use cases, traceability matrices, report specifications, implementation and test plans - Innovative: looks for new, sometimes unconventional approaches to successful delivery - Teamwork: Enables and inspires others, assists members of the project team to meet common goals and timelines, works closely with and supports the Project Manager to deliver on time and on budget - Facilitation: ability to guide and keep a group on track, recognize issues that need to be dealt with, and ensure everyone is heard, guide the group through collaborative decision-making to achieve team goals - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar roles, demonstrating increased responsibilities and leadership. - Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, leveraging Agile frameworks to pivot and deliver value iteratively. - Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, collaborating closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. - In-depth knowledge of systems integration management methodologies, processes, and techniques. - Commitment to authenticity, bringing your genuine self to work each day and dedicating your energy to delivering exceptional results. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrated by your ability to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication with technical and business stakeholders at all levels. - Commitment to honest and transparent communication, fostering a culture of trust and openness. - Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take calculated risks, embrace failures as learning opportunities, and drive innovation within the organization. - A delivery-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and project success. - Openness to actively listen, collaborate with curiosity, and respect, and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.- What You’ll Get In Return
