**How will you make an impact?**
As a trusted advisor, you will be a primary partner to our EMEA Commercial Divisional Marketing, Sales Operations/Support EMEA with approximately 500+ ee’s. You will drive initiatives in the areas of talent management, organizational design, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning and change leadership.
You can be based anywhere in Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with Vice President Sales, EMEA in developing and implementing HR strategies which support the overall Business strategy and organization.
- Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to assigned client groups.
- Act as a strategic partner in developing roadmaps to accomplish business goals
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, partnering with the business as consultant and change agent.
- Subject matter authority in areas of HR policies and processes
- Mentor managers and leaders on issues including restructuring, investigations and other complex employee issues.
- Conduct compensation analysis in partnership with COE's to resolve local compensation needs and actions.
- Works with talent acquisition team, to drive recruitment efforts.
- Partners with collaborators or a leadership team to review and analyze employee survey results and identify priority areas for improvement, enabling managers to implement action plans to improve and sustain efficient involvement levels among colleagues.
- Ensures alignment of HR processes (Performance Management and Development (PMD), Performance Calibration, Compensation Planning, etc.) with strategic and operating goals.
- Supports the HR platforms (i.e., talent acquisition, compensation.) with large scale initiatives
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
**Experience**
- Must have 8+ years of experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development, and or business partnering.
- Experience working in different countries and understanding labor laws generally across Europe
- Exposure to process improvement efforts (i.e. six Sigma, practical process improvement) preferred.

- Ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

- Strong process improvement orientation.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
- Ability to collaborate and use the network
- High degree of autonomy and strong decision-making skills
- Strong Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Influences business decisions through advice and counsel with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Routinely makes decisions based on limited information. Adapts quickly to change.
- Applies human resources expertise and business sense to lead critical projects and/or relationships.
- Implement and develop new programs, models, standards, etc. for business teams.
- Leads the HR and Organizational strategy with the business team
- Solid knowledge of HR Structure and COE’s
- Ability to travel approximately 10-25%
