- Actualmente buscamos un perfil de al menos 2 años de experiência en análisis de datos o en gestión de riesgos que sea empática/ empático, que sepa trabajar en equipo y que tenga espíritu constructivo.
**Hablemos del proyecto...**:
Su misión será realizar análisis y seguimientos del riesgo de crédito del portfolio de la compañía para asegurar los objetivos fijados, proponiendo las medidas pertinentes para su consecución. Funciones:
- Realizarás, ejecutarás y evolucionarás cuadros de mando con el análisis de las métricas clave para la gestión del riesgo de la entidad (proceso de concesión, características y comportamiento de pago de clientes, características de la operación).
- Propondrás mejoras que optimicen de los procesos de concesión, en colaboración con los equipos de Modelos, Fraude externo y Riesgo Prescriptor, con el objetivo de disponer de una gestión de riesgos segura y rentable.
- Crearás informes y presentaciones que expliquen los hallazgos y las propuestas.
- Tendrás una comunicación fluida con los diferentes stakeholders internos (Finanzas, Recuperaciones, Tecnología, Áreas de negocio, Contact Center), proporcionando la información relevante para la correcta toma de decisión.
- Identificarás los puntos de entrada de datos para crear soluciones analíticas mediante la extracción, transformación, modelado y visualización de datos. Colaborarás con los equipos de tecnología para garantizar la evolución del modelo de datos.
- Participarás, apoyarás y liderarás iniciativas y proyectos relacionados con la gestión de los riesgos.
- Formación Académica: Imprescindible Formación Universitaria en Matemáticas, Estadística, Económicas o cualquier formación técnica de la misma naturaleza.
- Herramientas: Imprescindible el uso de herramientas para la explotación y visualización de éstos (SAS, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau ) y Analytics.
- Conocimientos: Imprescindible tener conocimiento BI (trabajar con volúmenes de datos relevantes)
- Idiomas: Valorable Inglés
