Your Role
We are looking for a **Technogym Expert **who will play a pivotal role in the launch of our new **Technogym Hub** located in the prestigious area of **Marbella**. As Technogym Ambassador, you will use your outstanding sales skills and product expertise to deliver a first-class client experience, developing a successful client relationship and establishing Technogym as the go-to wellness premium/luxury brand in the area.
Your Impact
- Achieve and overachieve sales targets, contributing to the hub’s overall success.
- Create new market opportunities, establishing a network of relevant architects, designers and personal trainers, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders at events frequented by VIP (including golf/tennis club, art exhibitions, etc, marketing events).
- Identify consumer leads and sales through innovative B2C strategies.
- Promote a successful luxury customer experience, practising effective clienteling.
- Assist clients into the Hub (Showroom).
- Support in creating and executing Technogym Hub marketing events.
- Promote best practice with the CRM system.
- Handling customer complaints effectively and resolving to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Follow up and provide after-sale customer care to ensure clients get the most out of their solutions.
About You
- 3+ years’ consultative Sales/Luxury Retail/Fitness sales experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
- High level of Spanish and English.
