We create games, animated series, podcasts, songs, videos, courses and more, all handcrafted by our dedicated team of storytellers. All of our Playlearning content is designed to boost academic progress, teach modern life skills and bring joy to children aged 2-8. Our free app has 100 million users and our YouTube channel has 2.5 million subscribers, teleporting millions of little learners to the Lingokids universe every single day.

**What you’ll do**:
- **Performance Reporting**: Assist in the creation of regular performance reports, tracking key content metrics and identifying trends.
- **Content Strategy Support**: Contribute to content performance analyses, summaries, and strategic plans to inform future initiatives.
- **Visualization**: Help create visually compelling graphs, charts, and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
- **Market Research**: Conduct desktop market research to support content planning and identify emerging trends and audience insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and production, to align content strategies with business goals.
- **Gap Analysis**: Take a proactive approach to identifying gaps in performance and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
- **Problem Solving**: Collaborate with the team to help develop creative, data-driven solutions that drive better results.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Passion for Insights**: A strong interest in market research and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Knowledge of creating visually engaging graphs, charts, and presentations using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Curiosity to learn and grow in the areas of content strategy, business analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Highly Desirable**: Previous experience working with key metrics and KPIs, particularly in digital content platforms such as Youtube or Spotify or similar.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Ability to work well with a team and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment.
- **Adaptability**: Openness to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
**English is a must.** We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.
