We are looking for Hebrew Speaking Customer Representative to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

What you’ll experience at Webhelp

As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:

- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
- Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client
- Grow with the team and share achievements together
- Be a First Level Technical Support of the following products: home-range printers, Large format printer, scanners and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers
- Do presales support and provide accurate information about the products
- Reseller Support and under warranty services arrangements

- Are native or proficient in both Hebrew and English
- Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-orientated mindset within a team
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW

It would be a plus if you:

- Have previous experience in Customer Service
- Know how to work with helpdesk systems
- Have a profound knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Have a very good understanding of technical issues
- Have preferentially strong technical background or technical formation
- Have experience in troubleshooting guidelines
