**MISSION**
- Definition of the Company´s Training Policy
- Corporate training projects creation, development, implementation and management with the aim to efficiently share Premium´s internal knowledge, fostering on-line learning as a key and efficient tool to train teams, promoting continuous development of employees' skills and enabling them to improve their productivity and reach their highest potential within the Company.
**Recruiting**
- Employment offer elaboration and delivery, with special focus on key company information communication: culture, values, lifestyle, etc
- Provide quality and efficiency during all HR processes.
- Tight collaboration with key players such as universities, business schools, job fairsin order to attract top talent.
- Reviewing and improvement of the actual global recruitment plan, which is based in giving the employee or possible employee a broad view of the experience and the career path available in the company.
**Training**
- Definition of the annual training plan and budget, according to all the company and department´s needs.
- Creation of different training paths for employee development.
- Manage FUNDAE requisitions.
- KPIs follow-up for recruitment & training assigned projects.
- Carry out administrative tasks to keep all information recorded.
- Collaborate in other HR projects giving support to the CPO.
**Development**
- Definition of the annual development plan and budget, according to all the company and department´s needs.
- KPIs follow-up for development assigned projects.
- Carry out administrative tasks to keep all information recorded.
- Career Path elaboration.
- Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar role.
- Details oriented.
- Advanced Knowledge of Office 365.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and results oriented. Proactive.
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach.
- An internal/external customer orientation.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
