**¿Qué buscamos?**

Buscamos un/a Project Technician con la misión de proporcionar soporte continuo y mantenimiento de la Suit de productos de Atlassian (Jira y Confluence) y las herramientas integradas (Tempo y Bigpicture) para garantizar la eficiencia y el éxito de nuestros proyectos.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Proporcionar soporte integral a la Suit Atlassian, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento en los proyectos de producción.
- Brindar soporte a producción en la configuración de Jira para nuevos proyectos y personalizarlos.
- Proporcionar e impartir formaciones a todas las áreas de la organización en el uso de las herramientas Jira, Confluence, Tempo y Bigpicture.
- Gestionar el registro preciso de horas y costes asociados a proyectos.
- Mantenimiento de la base de datos en Jira de los proyectos de software.
- Identificar y recopilar documentación de proyectos de investigación y desarrollo.
- Aportar puntos de mejora a la configuración de los proyectos de Jira.

**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Se valorará certificaciones o participación en cursos de formación específicos para Jira, Confluence, Tempo y Bigpicture.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en la gestión de proyectos y conocimientos en las prácticas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
- Dominio de Excel y/o hoja de cálculo de Google.
- Nível de inglés alto.

**¿Qué suma puntos?**
- Conocimientos en herramientas de edición de imágenes, idealmente Photoshop.
- Formación en configuraciones y administración de integraciones en Jira.
