**Team Lead - Production Manager (Benelux and DACH)**

**What you’ll do**:
Lead team of production managers to execute RFQs to meet quality and efficiency KPI targets by providing them performance objectives, coaching and development feedback.
- Manage workload of the team to minimize backlog and secure smooth operations
- Act as escalation point for production process and as interface to Account Management organization
- Accountable for ensuring that the production team executes production activities in respective verticals and categories within defined SLAs with internal customers
- Update procedures and guidelines relevant to his/ her department to cultivate best practices

**What you'll bring**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver sourcing results in complex change management environment.
- Strong experience of leading production teams and of motivating and buildin bridges between stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and lead production teams.
- Previous leadership experience (direct and indirect) required.
- Precise and target oriented executioner, good communicator and team player
- 5+ years of production experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in business, supply chain, engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English and one other European language required. Tri-lingual skills preferable.
- Experience with Promotional Items and Creative Production would be a plus.
