Staff Software Engineer – Back-End Team Lead Sipay stands at the forefront of payment innovation as a distinguished Payment Service Provider, boasting over a quarter-century of expertise. We continue to diversify our portfolio with an ever-expanding array of payment methods, each tailored to the unique needs of our customers.We operate under the agile brilliance of Scrum, enhanced by bi-weekly sprints and a guiding Scrum MasterBack-End Team Lead: a seasoned and highly skilled Software Engineer to lead our flagship back-end team.Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management.Project Management and Delivery.Architectural Design and Component Ownership.Performance Optimization, reliability and Security.Technical Strategy and Planning.Regulatory Compliance and Data Protection.Collaboration and Documentation.Cloud-Based Development and Migration.Risk Mitigation and Legacy Service Replacement.Innovation and Technology Evaluation.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Strong proficiency in Java programming,Proven track record of designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems.Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or AkkaAPI DevelopmentPerformance OptimizationSecurityCloud-Based DevelopmentDatabase ManagementProject ManagementExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience and proven team management experience.Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Opportunity for professional growth and development in a Fintech company.Collaborative, customer-focused and innovative work culture.Competitive benefits and compensation commensurate with experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
