**The Organization&Business Agility (O&BA) Team **is part of the HR&Organization Area. Our purpose is to build a simple and flexible organization adapted to the reality of the present **and future business **. We are responsible of the structures and the flow of work, information and decisions across the bank with the aim to make it simple and effective.**:
**We are seeking an **Organization&Business Agility Consultant **who will drive the transformation of Santander España redesigning the way we add value in a daily basis. The O&BA Consultant will achieve this goal by walking along the path from a traditional way of working to an Agile mindset, developing transformation projects like rolling out Tribes/CoEs, process analyzing or new flows proposals releasinginternal pain points.**:
**What you would be doing**:
**As **O&BA Consultant **focused on Organization Design and Processes, you will analyze teams and processes defining models that we can measure to assure we are aligned with the strategy and we are achieving the defined goals.**:
***Your main responsibilities of the position include**:

- **Creation and implementation of new organizational structures (Tribes, CoEs...) through the Agile methodology defining teams, assigned resources, functions, governance model and reflecting it in systems helping teams achieving their OKRs**:

- **Ensure that the available resources (economic, human, material,...) are correctly allocated, based on functional, dedication and / or structural analysis of the teams.**:

- **Analysis of current processes (both internal and clients) to know the as is situation and collaborate in the transformation of processes / products using the Agile methodology.**:

- **Support the different transformation projects participating mainly in the Kaizen, Planning and Design Thinking phases.**:

- **Maintenance of process map and accompaniment in the definition of improvement roadmaps.**:

- **Participate in the quarterly review of the "prioritization by impact" of the projects submitted by the areas based on the available budget.**:

- **Elaboration of Business Cases of transformational initiatives**:

- **Developing metrics, systems, and processes continuously to measure the effectiveness of the experiences we’re delivering.**:

- **Continuous seeking of new ways of working**:
**What we are looking for**:

- **Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.**:

- **Knowledge of effective project management strategies, tactics and ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.**:

- **Creative and data-driven problem solver, proactive in overcoming challenges and engaging diverse stakeholders**:

- **Role model in customer-led strategy and product development, growth mindset, hungry to learn and grow**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and lead self and others through change**:

- **Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results.**:

- **Results orientation, demonstrates and measures impact**:

- **Self-starter, with strong team collaboration**:

- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
