**Sus tareas y responsabilidades**
- Responsable de la trazabilidad, deanda y auditoría de las spare parts.
- Planificación de los PM's, incluyendo spare parts, calendarios, herramientas especializadas requeridas, instrucciones de trabajo.
- Cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y los requisitos de PPE asegurando que otros miembros del equipo de mantenimiento también se adhieran.
- Informar de todos los accidentes ocurridos en la planta.
- Identificar las mejoras de seguridad.
- Tener una buena comprensión del modelo de flujo de trabajo proactivo.
- Realizar tareas de PM, Pdm y de mantenimiento correctivo según lo requiera ML.
- Asegurarse de que todos los PMs, Pdm, resultados se alimentan de nuevo al planificador de mantenimiento completado por completo.
- Comunicar todos los problemas a SRP, asegurando que se utiliza el proceso correcto.
- Asegurarse de que todo el trabajo correctivo tenga una orden de trabajo.
- Ser miembro proactivo de las reuniones diarias de mantenimiento.
- Dar soporte ML/SRP en MBR.
- Participar en actividades de FMECA.
- Mantener la salud y el bienestar, informando tan pronto como sea posible cualquier necesidad de no asistir.
- Seguir todas las pautas de seguridad, incluido el PPE, y asegúrese de que otros miembros del equipo lo estén.
- Mantenimiento planificado y correctivo del equipo según las instrucciones de ML/SRP.
- Comprender y apoyar el flujo de trabajo proactivo y los principios 5S.
- Cualificaciones y puntos fuertes-
- Nível de inglés B1/B2
- Técnico Superior en Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados o similares.
- Técnico Superior en Mantenimiento Electrónico.
- Técnico Superior en Mecatrónica Industrial o similares.
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento y experiência en mantenimiento en ambiente productivo.
- Persona proactiva y responsable
- Trabajar diligentemente y de acuerdo con las instrucciones dadas.
