This is a two year fixed-term contract with possibility of extension/conversion depending on individual and/or company performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of customs clearance for customer's parts/consumables based on the Long term service agreement.
- Execution of inland transport for customs cleared parts.
- Customs clearance preparation and delivery for refurbishment parts.
- Order process for direct/indirect business material/service during the outage.
- Support the execution of own business market throughout the internal order process and delivery.
- Execution administrative tasks related to Korean law before outage starts.
- Cooperation with project managers regarding delivery/customs issue.
- Close coordination with customers to deliver the parts on time.
- Assist project managers in organizing on-going projects e.g. providing administrative support in the course of project execution

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistic or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experiences in related field
- Good communication and management skills
- Ability to work on tight time deadlines
- Good written and spoken business communications skills in English ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
- Excellent planning and self-organizing skills ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
