Project Manager

Experienced Professional

Directing and managing controls and digitalization projects in the power generation industry in Asia Pacific, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements and with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule and EHS.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Manages the project throughout the complete project life cycle (scope, cost, quality, schedule) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates assigned resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
- Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
- Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.
- Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.
- Adheres to PM standards defined, and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics or controls engineering or equivalent.
- 5-6 years experience in controls and digitalization systems service, maintenance or engineering
- Experience as Project Manager with full responsibility for project results > 5 years
- 2 years leadership experience managing projects with core team members > 6 members
- Experience in managing projects in an international/ intercultural environment
- Knowledge and experience on power generation control systems (SPPA-T3000 or PCS7 will be an added advantage)
- Preferably able to converse in Korean
