**Job role: Project manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Consults with customers on technical solutions together with internal experts.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned contracts
- Set up and optimize the process for project implementation of projects.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities under close communication with customers
- Manage day to day project implementation of the assigned projects
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Develop and monitor schedule for timely implementation of the project and meeting deadlines of the projects
- Execute the project to achieve all contractual obligations within the budget approved
- Identify an organize the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, gas turbine, rotating equipment/mechanical related field or equivalent
- PM certificate holder preferred.
- 5+ years of experiences in power generation business or related industries
- Good communication and management skill
- Ability to work on tight time deadlines.
- Good written and spoken business communications skills in English ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
- Excellent planning and self-organizing skills ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented based on positive mind-set
- Intercultural sensitivity to work with international team
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
