EHS Manager Division

The EHS Manager Motion & Recycling Divisions will lead the EHS operations at division level, will provide leadership and oversight for EHS functional activities and the performance of multiple manufacturing operations within the division and related countries, establishing strong working relationships with business and functional leaders and plant locations.
The EHS Manager Motion & Recycling Divisions will support Technical EHS projects in terms of EHS technical requirements, best practices sharing, budget and scheduling follow up, will contribute to the Risk Assessment process, join and coordinate between the BU the internal audits from Company EHS Management System as well as will operatively manage the EHSMS process implementation. Directs EHS programs and activities to ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations and Company policies.
Specifically, he/she will perform the following functions within the scope of the division:
- Supporting the Plants in the development and implementation of the EHS program & Company Guidelines
- Ensure and support the implementation of the EHS Management System in the Plants
- Contribute to Global Company reporting with data from your division, ensuring data quality and timeliness for consolidated reporting
- Support and participate in the development and implementation of the technical aspects of the projects to be developed. Support the division on EHS related issues
- Ensure that the Company's best practices and benchmarks are disseminated and implemented in the locations under his/her responsibility
- Coordinate the internal audit programme in the division in collaboration with Corporate EHS, participate in audits when necessary. - Ensure the definition and implementation of action plans to resolve the findings found
- Ensure the definition of investments and resources necessary for the implementation of EHS programmes. Coordinate their implementation with the locations and periodic monitoring, strong focus in CAPEX follow up
- Ensure that periodic risk assessments are carried out in order to evaluate and provide actions and resources based on the findings
- Ensure propercommunication & investigation of accidents and incidents, definition and implementation of action plans
- Plant inspections, assessment of EHS conditions
Maintain EHS technical competency through continuing education and propose necessary programmes
- Ensure identification, verification and compliance with legal and other Company and/or Customer requirements
- Meetings with external companies, suppliers and local authorities when required
**Requisitos**
- Academic degree in industrial, chemical or environmental engineering or an equivalent education; specific training in management systems
- Experience in EHS management in manufacturing and industrial environments. Development of EHS programmes at corporate level in industrial and multinational companies
- Familiar with the use of computer, tools and programs at office level
- Fluent written and spoken English communication.
German is a plus.
- Knowledge in basic quality requirements and customer interactions for common aspects with EHS management system at customer and qualification level
- Experience in the management and implementation of EHS management systems (ISO 14001 - 45001) as well as internal audit processes as an auditor/a
