The Microbiology Technician is in charge of execution and documentation of analytical work conforming to GMP standards and the SOP in force efficiently, competently and in the planned terms.
Autonomous execution of routine analyses. Strict observance of the requirements for analysis and SOPs. Compliance with the existing regulation on ecology and security. Organization and control of the laboratory and analytical equipment in its field of expertise.

**Work location: la Almunia de Doña Godina (Zaragoza)**

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Perform the radioprotection checks in the Quality Control department.
- Perform the microbiological checks in the Production and Quality Control departments, under "AT REST" and "IN PROCESS" conditions.
- Carry out the particle controls of the horizontal laminar flow hoods of the microbiological laboratory under "IN PROCESS" conditions.
- Perform the microbiological checks of the PW and WFI water system.
- Know, use and perform periodic checks of microbiological laboratory tools and support software and fill out the logbooks of each tool correctly.
- Perform the microbiological checks required by the reference procedures on finished products, semi-finished products.
- Perform the microbiological checks required by the reference procedures on raw materials and primary packaging materials.
- Check the stability of the products and recheck the raw materials from a microbiological point of view.
- Know the sanitary and safety regulations applied to the enclosure.
- Perform the sampling of intermediate kits and semi-finished products and manage the counter samples.
- Collaborate with the Function Manager in project management, validation, revalidation, technology transfer.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Scientific Degree in Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Quality Control department,within the pharmaceutical industry or scholastic experience on microbiological laboratory.
- Good knowledge of English.
