As F&B Head Reservations, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
As F&B Head Reservations, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Supervise and direct F&B Reservations hosts in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Ensure F&B Reservations hosts’ checklist is completed daily and other assigned tasks.
- Assist Restaurant Managers to achieve their goals and budgeted figures.
- Check and handle for special requests as needed.
- Operate office equipment.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Track future restaurant availabilities based on reservations.
- Ensure all reservations daily are completed with all necessary guest information, profile information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
- Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities.
- Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
- Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Skills and Experience_**
To execute the position of F&B Head Reservations, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel, operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including all platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/restaurants and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas reservations.
- Fluent in English.
- UE visa/work permit.
