We are an expanding property maintenance company looking for a responsible, honest and trustworthy person to assist the business director with admin tasks. Must have good PR, customer relation skills, and great communicator.

The Executive Admin Assistant to Director will provide business and personal support, as well as work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to director’s working life and other tasks.

This is a hybrid working possition and the initial training, assessment and in-office working will be taking place in the Directors' home-office environment.

**Main Duties Includes**:
Working with Director on varied ad-hoc projects

Project Co-ordination

Chasing payment

Monitor, screen and responding to communications

Prepare and edit communication, presentation and documents

Finding solutions to problems

Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents

Be enterprising and forward thinking

Bookkeeping

Interviewing and hiring staff

Working with IT team on different projects

Attending virtual meetings with clients

General office administration works

Assist with preparing quotations, invoices, accounts etc.

Outsourcing

**Some of your early goals will include**:
Setting up and maintaining a new software system for field workers.

Setting up performance monitoring for new and current office staff.

Setting up a commissions system for office staff.

Proficient verbal and written business English with an excellent eye for detail

Administration experience

Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills - the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

Excellent time management skills

Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - the ability to interact at all levels

Has the ability to work both as a team member and on own initiative when required

Has the ability to bring fresh ideas and a new perspective to the demands of the role

Has the ability to deal with clients, contractors, suppliers and employees in a professional, respectful and pro-active way

Ideally, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible but we will wait for the right person.

**Salary**: 1,400.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
