**QUÉ BUSCAMOS**

En Batlleiroig creemos que la mejor manera de trabajar es desarrollar los proyectos en todas sus fases, desde su concepción hasta la redacción del proyecto básico, ejecutivo y dirección de las obras, en un proceso que fusiona técnica y creatividad.

Buscamos un/a **Arquitecto/a **profesional, creativo/a, con un buen conocimiento técnico, motivado/a y con ganas de incorporarse al **equipo de paisaje **para llevar a cabo proyectos de diferentes tipologías y escalas, que:

- Formará parte del equipo redactor de proyectos en todas sus fases
- Participará en la relación con los colaboradores (ingeniería de instalaciones, de estructuras,...), clientes, constructoras, organismos oficiales, etc.
- Participará activamente y con cierta autonomía en la fase de dirección de obras

**SOBRE TÍ**
- Habilidad **trabajando en equipo**
- Se valorará positivamente la participación en la redacción de proyectos **ejecutivos **, así como en **direcciones de obra**
- Habilidad en el **trato **con **clientes **, **colaboradores **, **constructores **, **organismos oficiales **, etc.
- Conocimiento de la **normativa vigente **y aplicable
- Resolutivo en **trámites administrativos **varios
- **Creativo **, con buen **conocimiento técnico **, **organizado **, **independiente **, **proactivo **, **innovador **y buen **comunicador**
- **Ilusión **, **empatía **e **inquietud **para aprender
- Dominio de **AutoCAD**
- Se valoraran conocimientos de inglés.
- Dominio de **Adobe Creative Cloud **(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Se valorará positivamente buenos conocimientos de **GIS i/o Revit
