**SOBRE TI**

Buscamos un arquitecto con experiência y conocimientos demostrables, con un mínimo de 5 años de experiência y:
**Liderazgo **y habilidad en **gestionar y trabajar en equipo**

Experiência en redacción de **proyectos ejecutivos de urbanización**

Experiência en **direcciones de obra**

Habilidad en **tratar con clientes, colaboradores, constructores, organismos oficiales **

Dominio de la **normativa vigente **y aplicable

Resolutivo en **trámites administrativos **varios

Creativo, con buen **conocimiento técnico, organizado, independiente, proactivo, innovador y buen comunicador**

**Ilusión, empatía e inquietud **para aprender

Dominio de **AutoCAD**

Dominio del **catalán, castellano e inglés **, hablado y escrito

Dominio de **Adobe Creative Cloud **(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

Se valorará positivamente un buen conocimiento de **GIS y/o Revit
