Senior Process Engineer

With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a target oriented senior process engineer with proven experience in the design, manufacture and follow up of complex large-scale manufacturing lines, tooling, or processes for high added value electric and electronic components for the industrial sector.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Active support during the quotation phase, defining the required manufacturing processes to fulfil the customer expectations regarding product cost, quality and project timing, calculating capex & opex needs, and any other manufacturing costs involved in the future production of the product.
- Manage and execute new robust projects and/or programs from moderate to high level complexity from inception, through prototype and first series production phases until serial production ensuring fulfilment to the defined targets on cost, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, operation requirements and business needs.
- Provide project management guidance and business tools, using a systematic approach for project execution.
- Responsible for the operational introduction of New Products assigned in-line with Company Processes and standards.
- Set engineering standards and be recognized as the source for guidance in the field.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documentation.
- Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
- Internally coordinate with other Company Departments, the development of the production processes for all the new references assigned.

PROFILE: *
- Qualifications: University degree in Engineering or similar
- +6 years of proven experience of working within a high volume, high added value electric or electronic product manufacturing environment.
- Should be fully conversant with quality tools and systems; these should include as minimum: IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001.
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent knowledge or Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point )
- Availability to travel according to Project specific needs
- Languages: very fluent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English; other Languages will be highly valued.
- Ability to work proactively leading teams and as an individual, taking responsibility.
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
