**We are looking for an organised, efficient individual with a passion for all things marketing to join the Vitamin Well Spain. The role will be working across the three brands in our portfolio; Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells to support the delivery of best-in-class activations, events and brand communication.**:
You will be naturally interested in all things sport and fitness and all-round wellness and keen to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all areas of marketing. You will be working with our key pillars of brand management, events, and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and create consumer demand.

This role reports to the Head Of Marketing and is part of the marketing team based in Madrid. It is a Monday to Friday role however there will be occasional travel and weekend events to attend, especially during the busy event season and product launches.

**The Role As Marketing Assistant**:
**BRAND ACTIVATION & DEVELOPMENT**
- Passionate advocate for the three brands both internally and externally
- Work alongside the team to support new product launches, ambassador events, photoshoots and events
- Oversee product send outs for Marketing team
- Keep the office as the Brand Temple with full responsibility about its aspect in a marketing perspective.

**EVENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

- Ownership of any event activation (in coordination with rest of marketing team) including responsibility for kit
- Owning all kit requirements for projects & activations
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves to lead a mass sampling-led activation plan
- Be a champion for brand execution at events from management of event crew through to ensuring the brand is well represented at all times

- **Communication Proficiency**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
- **Fitness and Wellness Enthusiasm**:A strong passion for fitness, wellness, and sports, driving personal and professional engagement in these areas.
- **Basic Skills and Requirements**:Valid driving license. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages would be a valuable asset.
