We are a company founded in January 2018 by industry veterans. The company develops and operates affiliate marketing properties primarily for online gambling. The main office is in Malta, and the company has colleagues in several overseas locations, such as Barcelona and Curacao. What differentiates us from our competitors is our innovative technology and data-driven approach. By developing a technical platform that automates mundane work and consolidates data into actionable tasks, we have been able to develop quality websites and achieve player acquisition at scale.
- Organize and display our casino games in the best way for our players
- Attract new players to our casino platform using various marketing channels and strategies launch
- Negotiate contracts and deals with our partnered providers and ensure we have the best and most diverse portfolio of games in the market
- Analyze and monitor the performance of our casino games and implement improvements and optimizations to increase player satisfaction and loyalty
- Segment our players based on their behavior, preferences, and value, and create personalized offers and promotions for them
- Design and execute effective CRM campaigns to engage and retain our existing customers using various channels and methods
- At least 2 years of experience as a Casino Manager for an online casino trophy
- A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- A good technical knowledge and understanding of online gaming platforms and systems
- A fluent level of English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a big plus
- A passion for online gaming and a customer-centric attitude
