Descripción

Buscamos un PROJECT MANAGER para incorporación al equipo de IT de empresa del sector gambling.

Su objetivo principar es el de Planificar, gestionar, ejecutar y realizar el seguimiento de los grandes proyectos, cambios y tareas requeridas en la plataforma técnologica para el correcto desarrollo del negocio. Liderar al equipo técnico para la correcta consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.

Funciones:

- Crear y gestionar los proyectos, tareas y problemas técnicos de la plataforma de juego en colaboración con el partner tecnológico.
- Realizar seguimiento exhaustivo, de los recursos técnicos asignados de forma diaria.
- Liderar el equipo técnico de desarrolladores y QA para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma y la perfecta implementación de nuevas funcionalidades en el sistema.
- Hacer de nexo de unión técnico entre las diferentes partes de un proyecto específico.
- Interlocución entre la plataforma tecnológica y los problemas técnicos o incidencias reportados por la administración.
- Realizar seguimiento semanal a alto nível con el partner tecnológico sobre tareas, proyectos e incidencias. Coordinar e informar de las entregas (releases) de productos, tareas y lanzamientos y coordinar con QA para el test de aceptación.
- Liderar y coordinar la gestión del cambio tecnológico dentro de la compañía.
- Liderazgo interno y coordinación con el resto de áreas de la División online, siendo un agente del cambio y de la mejora contínua.

Requisitos mínimos
- Experiência mínima previa de 5 años vinculada a la gestión de proyectos digitales con fuerte componente tecnológico. Experiência en la gestión de productos digitales. Se valorará experiência en sector gambling&casino online.
- Conocimientos de HTML, JIRA, SLACK... Familiarizado con metodologías de gestión Agile.
- Actitud positiva, innovadora y emprendedora con espíritu commercial.
- Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y ejecución. Habilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad analítica y clara orientación a resultados.
- Inglés nível alto.
