Aleph Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Security Solution Architect to join our team. As a hands-on Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and resilient IT systems and infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and deployment of effective security solutions that align with Aleph Holdings; business goals and compliance requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Solution Design and Architecture**:
- Design and develop comprehensive IT security solutions that address the organization's technical and security requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical security requirements and architecture designs.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, specifications, and guidelines for secure system implementation.
- **
Security Implementation**:
- Lead the implementation of security solutions by providing hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying security technologies and tools.
- Ensure proper integration of security controls and measures into the existing IT infrastructure.
- Stay current with emerging security trends and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.
- **
Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to address identified security gaps.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to align security measures with the organization's risk tolerance.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with IT teams, developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to communicate security requirements and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a unified understanding of security architecture and its implications.
- **
Security Compliance**:
- Ensure that security solutions and architecture align with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Participate in audits and assessments to demonstrate the organization's adherence to security policies.
- **
Incident Response and Management**:
- Assist in developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures.
- Contribute to incident investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned to enhance future security measures.
**Qualifications/ Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant security certifications.
- Proven experience (X years) as an IT Security Solution Architect, with a strong focus on hands-on implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, encryption, authentication, and access control.
- Experience with cloud security architecture and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in network architecture, protocols, and design principles.
- Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and regulations.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users effectively.
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a global team.
- Industry certifications such as Google Workspace Administration, AWS Certified
- Administration, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Cisco certifications would be advantageous.
- Plus, a minimum of 5 years of documented experience in an L2 or L3 IT Support role.
