As **Lead Solution Architect for ITO **and multicloud environments, you provide global solutions to our clients and lead the bid process, coordinating a team of solution architects
- Leads the presale/bid process for new business opportunities while providing the complete solution and coordinates the team of solution architects during the process
- Design the solution in a formal offer document for the client's requirements
- Has experience in designing ITO services for large corporations
- Sufficient knowledge is required in the different technological areas (OS, DDBB, networks, security, middleware, storage, backup...) to validate the partial solutions provided by the architects and consolidate them into the global solution
- Likes to lead multidisciplinary teams and knows how to clearly communicate complex technology solutions at all levels of the organization
- You are responsible for the production of high-level designs and supervise the low-level design and other technical documents related to the project
- Experience in implementation of methodologies and processes in the services
- Experience in infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation and cloud adoption
- Experience in transformation and evolution of ITO services
- Experience in transition of ITO services
- Cloud architecture design and migration from on-premise environments to them
- Has experience conducting high-level cloud readiness assessments while looking at business and technical perspectives
- Has experience managing costs and preparing the pricing model for bids
- You engage with security, IT operations, DevOps, and customer governance stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of the "cloud" to their organizations while reducing risk through automation;
- You leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-points to educate and engage a broader community of prospects, customers, partners and coworkers You evaluate existing data center and digital strategies and conduct cloud service maps, TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a wider Cloud Adoption Framework

**Your profile**

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience As Lead Solution Architect for ITO and Multicloud Environments, including at least 4 years as a Lead solution architect managing large offers and complex multi-technology architecture designs, as well as large ITO services.
- High capacities to design complex IT solutions and manage teams of architects
- Bid budget knowledge;
- ITIL foundations V3 or higher and experience designing large ITO services
- Medium skills in IT technologies as Unix/Linux, Windows, networks, Oracle, Security, Storage & backup, middleware, DevOps platforms.
- Skills designing datacenter architectures (active-active, active-pasive)
- Skills defining contingency and recovery plans
- High skills for writing offers
- High communication skills and presentation of solutions to customers
- Skills in Bimodal IT, Agile and DevOps methodologies and experience designing Agile / Scrum services;
- Cloud certification or demonstrable knowledge in one of the following:

- Amazon: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional;
- Azure : AZ100 or AZ300 Cloud Architect;
- VMWARE: Certified Associate - Digital Business Transformation; GCP Google Cloud Certified Cloud Architect

As a person you are open and spontaneous by nature, you like both the technical and business environment and enjoy networking and interacting with clients on daily basis. You have above average writing skills and you are not afraid of presenting your ideas in front of an audience. Next to this you have excellent Spanish and English language skills.
