Inside Sales

**Main propouse**:
As part of the time of Inside Sales you will provide support to customers regarding processing orders, quotations and enquiries and you will be challenge to maximise sales of Company products.

**Main tasks**:
**1.** **Customers Support**
- Respond to customer enquiries including technical requests, sales and customer service.
- Produce competitive quotations and follow through to closure of sale.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities and communicate with Area Sales Managers
- Develop knowledge of Company products and services.
- Solve incidences

**2.** **Internal Sales Support**
- Monitoring of reports : Order entries, turnover/customers/divisions
- Margin analysis.

**3. Marketing support**
- Mediacokpit plus: Price lists, brochures, online catalog of GF Spain
- CRM : Click Dimensions, quick campaigns, newsletters
- BT Product Launches: translation of brochures, flyers, videos and technical documentation.
- BT and Marine Exhibitions

**Competences and responsibilities**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor degree
- English fluent
- SAP

**Competences & skills**:

- Assertiveness and good communication skills
- Teamworking ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills
- Develop strong working relationships with customers.
- Develop strong working relationships with other departments.
