**About Jinga**

Jinga is a fast-growing sports clothing company specializing in high-end products for elite and amateur athletes in cycling, running, and triathlon. As the primary clothing sponsor of Israel Premier Tech Academy, Jinga is dedicated to enhancing sports performance at all levels through continuous product innovation. This year, Jinga expanded its presence by opening its first European branch in Girona to meet the increasing demand for its products in Europe.

**About the Role**
- **General Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the end-to-end B2B and B2C sales process for Jinga’s clothing and accessories.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer penetration strategies.
- Analyze market positioning relative to competitors and present strategies to increase market share and enhance brand image.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Set and work towards realistic sales goals, maintain weekly sales forecasts, and report progress to the manager.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively solve problems independently
- **Experience, Skills & Abilities**:_
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
- Deep understanding of the sports clothing industry, particularly in Spain and Girona.
- Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and seize sales opportunities creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
- Proactive, self-manageable, and capable of independent work.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish and Catalan is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use various communication and project management apps.
- Passion for cycling, running, or triathlon is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a driving license and willingness to travel within Spain as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
