We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing Alliances & Partnerships Team in Spain and help to build our indirect sales channel. If you are an ace in identifying and sourcing potential partners, we would love to hear from you

**What you'll do**:

- Enrol and onboard new resellers in the designated region
- Coordinate with Ecosystem Development Reps for identifying and sourcing the right partners
- Execute on the Go to Market strategy defined for the assigned territory
- Reach and exceed Territory Sales Quota
- Drive partner enablement, progress partners through Certification
- Set yearly sales objectives for each partner, monitor achievements through monthly Business Reviews, negotiate yearly renewal of agreements

**We want you, if you have**:

- Experience in Territory Management / Channel Sales
- Managerial experience and coaching skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and drive a pool of partners to maximise revenue generation
- Great communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relations and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services, Banking or fintech area
- Fluent English, proficiency in Spanish and another language would be a plus
- Highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious
- Motivated to grow as a sales leader in an environment that encourages and recognises initiative
