And that's where you come in. As our next **Finance Controller**, your mission will be to undertake the regulatory and financial and tax reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
**What you will do**
- Group Reporting standardization
- Prepare Tangelo Spain reporting to different stakeholders
- Weekly cash position and cash forecast reports
- Bank reconciliation and relationship with banks
- Manage payables and receivables
- Financial KPI’s analysis
- Manage the relationship with the external auditors while preparing and ensuring quality control over the documentation
- Overview and implement Compliance policies
- Keep track and up to date all intercompany transactions according to Transfer Pricing standards
- Prepare monthly reporting to different stakeholders (management, investors,etc.) identifying and explaining variances between budget and actuals
- Year-end company audit
- Year-end impairment analysis
- Prepare the Annual Budget (income statement, BS and cash flow statement)
**Your profile**
- Knowledge and experience in IFRS standards and Spanish GAAP
- 7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Experience in supervising Bookkeeping/accounting functions and familiar to using accounting and reporting system, as well as customizing them
- Familiar and involved with Corporate Tax calculations
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience in the month-end/year end close processes
- Accounting software user and administration skills, specially SAP B1 is a plus
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Audit background highly recommended
