**Descripción**:
En **Engel & Völkers Barcelona** estamos buscando un/a Senior Finance Controller Iberia para las oficinas centrales de Barcelona.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Elaboración y análisis de reportes en relación con P&L, Balance, NWC y Liquidez, siendo el scope cierre mensuales, Forecast y Budget.
- Análisis de la información para identificar, entender y reportar desviaciones.
- Análisis de los diferentes KPIs/ratios de manera conjunta con el negocio para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer medidas correctivas.
- Seguimiento de Targets facturación, rentabilidad, EBITDA, NWC y liquidez.
- Desarrollo del Forecast y Budget en colaboración con las diferentes áreas operativas analizando en cada cierre mensual desviaciones versus el año anterior,
Forecast anterior y Budget.
- Responsable de la correcta ejecución del reporting interno (directores de área, Heads de departamento y Board Local) así como a la central en Alemania (Monthly Performance).
- Responsable de desarrollar e implementar mejora continua en todas las tareas del área. Tanto a nível de procesos como documental (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Análisis ad-hoc atendiendo a las necesidades de análisis y reporting. Resolver dudas en relación con el reporting, margen/income, costes y el funcionamiento de los sistemas de la compañía.
**EXPERIENCIA PREVIA**:
2-3 años en posición similar
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en ADE, Económicas o Empresariales, y valorable formación en Business Intelligence/Business Analytics siempre con una experiência financiera.
- Paquete office avanzado (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
- Conocimiento en SAP valorable.
- Extras: Programación VBA y SQL. Experiência con Tableau / Power BI.
