European Sales Director

We are world-leading manufacturer of high-quality, reliable mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs). Our products have been exported to over 80 counstries and regions around the world. We are Top 20 Global MEWP Manufacturers (2022) and Top 50 Global Construction Manufacturers (2022).
Work remotely, travel acceptable
Job Responsibilities:
1) Formulate and implement the subsidiary’s 5-year strategic development plan, and obtain approval from the headquarters;
2) Develop and maintain the core team of the subsidiary to implement the strategic development plan;
3) Establish operational processes with the support of the group headquarters;
4) Develop partners and customers to promote the achievement of the 5-year strategic goals;
5) Develop OEM or strategic alliance partner relationships;
6) Establish and promote the company’s brand image;
7) Responsible for self-financing of overseas subsidiaries;
8) Solve the problems of the company’s products and operation systems, and promote the innovation and technological development of products and services;
9) Formulate and implement the subsidiary’s overseas policies and procedures approved by the group headquarters, to minimize risks and maximize profits.
Job Requirements:
1) More than 10 years of sales and operation experience in heavy machinery equipment, construction machinery, and at least 5 years of sales experience;
2) Have served as vice president or higher position in the field of construction equipment, and have a successful record;
3)Familiar with factory operation, supply chain, etc;
4) Proficient in English (written and oral);
**Salary**: 120,000.00€ - 200,000.00€ per year
