Junior Project & Business Analyst

ABOUT THE GROUP

PLATFORM FINANCE

FRESH is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group. FRESH is responsible for the alignment of IT programs with the strategy and objectives of Finance and Risk.

With more than 150 team members located in Madrid and Lisbon, the FRESH EMEA hub operates as a platform providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects in all areas of Finance, Risk and ALM-Treasury. This landscape is constantly growing due to major regulatory reforms, including the implementation of ESG commitments, digital transformation with the accelerated switch towards cloud technologies and major global projects that will shape the transformation of BNP Paribas

The position is within FRESH COO EMEA Hub in Madrid, under the supervision of FRESH COO EMEA Hub manager in Madrid, with functional link with FRESH COO - Sourcing head in Paris

MISSION

The main mission of FRESH Sourcing team is to support FRESH Operational teams in the definition, maintenance and monitorization of their internal & external sourcing strategy in collaboration with other specialized functions.

The scope is mainly FRESH Central

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribution to the monitoring and steering of the External Sourcing activity

Formalization and update of processes related to External Sourcing. Contribute to the preparation of the FRESH Sourcing Committees

Facilitate the monitoring and reporting of the various processes related to the management of external resources (AELD, derogations, ethics letter, signature of contracts, In and Off boarding )

Provide support in the set up of new contracts (elaboration and deployment) and monitoring of contractual changes

Support to the Governance and Comitology Management for external sourcing, with a monthly preparation of a consolidated view of all requests of external services/resources from different FRESH operational groups

Service Requests/Invoice management

Participation at Run (change of processes, evolution of contracts, transition, reversibility).

Updating the sharepoint (setting up ad hoc communications, potential creation of pages and content, creation and maintenance of up-to-date documentation and associated access rights)

Support to the execution of control plan and collection/storing of evidences for potential future audits or inspections

**REQUIREMENTS**:
TRAINING

Business school or University Graduate

Excellent proficiency of Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint

Knowledge of IT project management would be a plus

0-4 years of experience

LANGUAGE

Fluent proficienty in English is mandatory

French, Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus
