FRESH is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group. FRESH is responsible for the alignment of IT programs with the strategy and objectives of Finance and Risk.
With more than 150 team members located in Madrid and Lisbon, the FRESH EMEA hub operates as a platform providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects in all areas of Finance, Risk and ALM-Treasury. This landscape is constantly growing due to major regulatory reforms, including the implementation of ESG commitments, digital transformation with the accelerated switch towards cloud technologies and major global projects that will shape the transformation of BNP Paribas.
**MISSION**:
A Functional Business Analyst Responsible for analyzing the business needs and translating them into functional requirements for a specific project or system.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The specific functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Requirements Gathering: works with stakeholders to identify and document their business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, and business rules.
- Analysis: analyzes the requirements to identify any conflicts, gaps, or areas that require clarification, and works with stakeholders to resolve these issues.
- Documentation: documents the requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as use cases, user stories, process models, and data flow diagrams.
- Communication: communicates the requirements to stakeholders, including developers, testers, and business users, to ensure that everyone understands what needs to be delivered.
- Testing: works with the testing team to ensure that the requirements are tested thoroughly and that the system meets the business needs.
- Training: develops training materials and provides training to users to ensure that they can use the system effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: identifies opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality, and works with stakeholders to implement these improvements.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT.
At least 4 years as business analyst or working in Accounting Management or Performance Management.
English - C1
