**Fundación Universia **está buscando un/a **Project Analyst I **para nuestras oficinas de **Paseo de la Castellana **.
En Fundación Universia centramos nuestra actividad en tres ámbitos: comunidades interuniversitarias; diversidad inclusión y equidad, y nuevos modelos de financiación responsable para el acceso a la educación.
**Fundación Universia **trabaja con el objetivo de dirigir y regular el compromiso del Banco con la educación superior, en línea con la misión del Banco de contribuir al progreso de las personas y las empresas, buscando ser la empresa que más apoya a la educación en el mundo, coordinando estrategias y proyectos académicos globales y respaldando proyectos universitarios.
**PORQUE DEBERÍAS DE CONSIDERAR ESTA POSICIÓN**
Como **analista de proyectos **, el objetivo será la creación, gestión y justificación de proyectos locales y globales de Fundación Universia en coordinación con distintos agentes y equipos. Trabajar con empresas de primer nível, universidades, administraciones públicas, organismos internacionales y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro generando valor a través de proyectos innovadores con un enfoque estratégico e innovador en tres líneas de actuación: comunidades interuniversitarias; diversidad, equidad e inclusión en empleo y formación y nuevos modelos de financiación socialmente responsable.

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**
- Diseño, planificación, lanzamiento y gestión de proyectos y propuestas corporativas a entidades privadas en materia de Empleo y Formación.
- Apoyo en la captación de fondos públicos. Análisis de pliegos de concursos públicos y privados, premios, ayudas, etc. Elaboración de estudio económico y redacción de documentación técnica. Seguimiento y control del estado de las ofertas/concursos presentados.
- Seguimiento, medición de impacto y justificación de la ejecución de los proyectos.
- Soporte en gestión de comunidades interuniversitarias.
**EXPERIENCIA**
De entre 1 a 3 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos, talento, gestión con universidades y diseño de informes y presentaciones.
**EDUCACIÓN**
Graduado en RRHH, Marketing, ADE o similares.
**HABILIDADES**
Dominio del paquete Office (sobretodo Excell).
Inglés B2.
