**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a talented, forward thinker and entrepreneur-minded leader to establish and manage an ecosystem of technology partners to help our Digital Builders Organization to deliver fast, efficiently cutting-edge valuable digital products.**

**Our Digital Builders Organization is an internal team supporting the entire SGS business. Its objective is to drive new technological solutions based on SGS Business Units needs and requests, allowing the company to optimize its processes, improve its results and generate value for its clients. The Digital Builders Organization will activate joint Business and IT teams to design and develop technology-based products to deliver short to medium term results through increased revenues or efficiency.**

**In order to deliver fast and efficient results, the Digital Builders Organization will establish an ecosystem of high value partnerships with cutting-edge technology providers and execution partners.**

**You will lead the DBO ecosystem strategy, including the identification and development of high value partnerships relevant to the execution of the DBO solutions pipeline as well as the maintenance of the alliance network. You will be responsible for exploring potential collaboration opportunities that will bring SGS state-of-the-art capabilities, making our services the most innovative and valuable to our customers/employees.**

**More specifically, you will**:

- Work with Business Units to understand what technology they need to help their businesses realize value.
- Understand and measure the impact of cutting-edge technologies in terms of agility, SGS alignment, flexibility, and sustainability, in collaboration with Research Lead. Identify partners to support the process.
- Work with delivery teams to understand MVPs’ technical requirements to find the right partners.
- Identify, target, and contract appropriate partners to execute the identified MVPs.
- Maintain alliances to create long-term partnerships that will enable the Digital Builders Organization (DBO) to establish new lines of collaboration and continue to implement the most innovative solutions.
- Create and implement a program to onboard alliance partners and educate DBO delivery team to effectively leverage alliance partnerships to drive valuable MVPs.
- Collaborate with Legal Department to develop contracts for alliance; negotiate and finalize all partner agreements.
- Participate in industry trade shows & events to identify market trends and cutting-edge technologies.
- Train and influence systems integrators to meet specific partner and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 6+ years managing technological partner/alliances, with proven ability to initiate and develop complex partnerships that deliver results
- Experience working with systems integrators.
- Experience working in MVPS execution.
- Proven history of negotiating partnership pricing and contracts.
- Technology knowledge to engage and have credibility with SGS internal stakeholders and external partners.
- High-level analytical skills to model social and financial impact of technology and to support the ecosystem transformation.
- Strong ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and issues at once.
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in devising and proposing new opportunities.
- Expert communication skills: Ability to transform ambiguous concepts into tangible messages for colleagues; Great ability to influence leadership and other areas.
- Relevant experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with co-workers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.
- Background of working in a lean / agile environment with remote teams: Adaptation of appropriate approaches to each situation. Acceptance and adaptation to new situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus (French, Portuguese, and Spanish in particular).
