Activities:
Handling reagent following good laboratory practices. Use of manufacturing equipment, meeting Safety and Quality requirements. Manufacture products according to instructions and collaborate with Manufacturing engineering to implement improvements

Collaborate with Warehouse regarding supplies and shipments. Perform self-maintenance tasks and ensure correct operation of equipment. Be an active part in the implementation of the 5S and the lean methodology

Compliance of Cleanroom work procedures and EHS

Operate and monitor the nanoplotter equipment to achieve consistent and high-quality results. Execute reagent spotting in batch production runs according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Implement and follow quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the reagent spotting process. Manage inventory of reagents and consumables required for the nanoplotter process.

Mold structuring by photolithography

Maintain accurate records of production runs and analyze data to identify trends or inefficiencies. Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to implement improvements in the reagent spotting process. Sputtering basic knowledge as well as electroplating process

**What your background should look like**:
Trade school degree and experience in similar manufacturing/technologies

At least two years of experience in Life Science or relevant component manufacturing industry

Ease of communication at all levels of the company
