R&d Technician

**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Give support to R&D engineers in grant, internal and customer projects
- Follow already defined instructions for photolithography, sputtering, electroplating, hot-embossing, chemical bonding, surface functionalization, characterization and similar processes
- Use of clean room/biolab equipment, meeting Safety and Quality requirements
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to implement improvements

Collaborate in the training of new hires

**What your background should look like**:
Position requirements:
Trade School in chemistry, lab technician or similar

Teamwork

Proactivity

Desire to learn new skills and grow

Curiosity

Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects

Capacity to follow instructions and suggest improvements if necessary

Basic competency in English ( intermediate level will be a plus)

Will be evaluated positively:
Experience in Life Science industry or similar activities

Experience in clean room for: Photolithography processes, sputtering, electroplating, hot-embossing, surface functionalization, etc.

Experience in Biolab
