Desarrollo estratégico de contenido: Serás encargado(a) de idear y ejecutar estrategias de contenido para promover nuestra marca y atraer a una audiencia comprometida en el ámbito del fitness.Creación de contenido: Generarás y supervisarás la producción de contenido de alta calidad, incluyendo publicaciones en redes sociales y vídeos adaptados a diferentes plataformas digitales.Planificación y programación de contenido: Serás responsable de planificar y programar la distribución de contenido en plataformas como Instagram, TikTok y YouTube.Gestión de redes sociales: Administrarás las cuentas de redes sociales, creando y publicando contenido atractivo, interactuando con seguidores, respondiendo a comentarios y mensajes, y monitorizando los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI).Seguimiento de tendencias y mejores prácticas: Mantendrás al día de las últimas tendencias en las diferentes plataformas digitales, incorporando nuevas ideas y mejores prácticas a la estrategia de contenido.Colaboración interdepartamental: Mantendrás una comunicación fluida con los equipos de marketing, diseño y desarrollo, asegurando la coherencia visual, de marca y en la estrategia de contenido.Análisis y reporting de resultados: Realizarás un seguimiento de los KPI establecidos, analizando los resultados y proporcionando informes periódicos para evaluar el rendimiento y proponer mejoras.Gestión de campañas con influencers: Serás responsable de identificar, establecer contactos, negociar y supervisar las campañas con influencers, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia de contenido y objetivos de la empresa.

- Experiência previa: Debes contar con al menos 2 años de experiência en roles similares, como community manager, social media specialist o social media manager, y tener un profundo conocimiento del sector fitness.Dominio de redes sociales: Debes tener un conocimiento profundo de las principales plataformas de redes sociales, como Instagram, TikTok y YouTube, y estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias y prácticas en cada una de ellas.Habilidades de creación y edición de contenido: Es necesario que tengas experiência en el uso de herramientas como Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Capcut u otras similares para crear y editar contenido atractivo y de alta calidad.Creatividad: Debes tener la capacidad de generar ideas originales y atractivas para el contenido, así como encontrar nuevas formas de interactuar con la comunidad en línea.Mentalidad abierta y capacidad de gestión: Debes ser receptivo(a) a las críticas y tener la flexibilidad para analizar diferentes enfoques.
