Als **Campaign Manager **ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de invulling van Sales en Account manager posities in Nederland en België. Dit doe jij samen met jouw team die jij aanstuurt, bestaande uit een remote sourcer en een remote recruitment support agent. Achter de schermen, zorg jij er voor dat alle recruitment campagnes draaiende zijn. Jullie inspanningen zijn er steeds op gericht, om de agenda van de recruiter vol te plannen met kandidaten calls
Naast **Recruitment Campaign Management **word je intern ook betrokken bij projecten rondom marketing, strategie en beleid. Een snapshot hoe een dag er uit zou kunnen zien:
09.00 uur **self-development, **je begint de eerste 30 minuten van jouw dag vol plezier met het lezen van een boek, een podcast, of een course. Jij bent namelijk **eager** om te leren en weet dat deze kennis die je elke dag een klein beetje op doet, op den duur een groot verschil maakt.
- 09.30 uur. _**Content **_je schrijft_ **een artikel over Sales, **_we focussen ons momenteel namelijk op het boosten van de LinkedIn company page en de website._
- 10:00 uur _**Dag start call Recruitment**_ _je hebt een dag start call met jouw sourcer en support agent. Je doorloopt de acties die zij hebben genomen en helpt hen op weg voor de rest van de dag.
- **12:00 uur Lunch time**_ _
- _**13:00 uur: Video Outreach **_je record gepersonaliseerde videos voor kandidaten. Ook record je een vacature video voor de website en Linkedin page._De recruiter heeft ook een video opgenomen waarvan de subtitles nog moeten worden toegevoegd. Dit pak jij er ook bij op._
**15:00 uur: Even bijkomen van de video recordings **_en trakteert jezelf op een namidagse break die je zelf op dit tijdstip hebt gepland aangezien jij verantwoordelijk bent voor jouw eigen agenda _
- **15:15 Recruitment **_je gaat weer verder met de nieuwe rol die we hadden binnen gekregen voor vandaag en je neemt ook een blik over de andere vacatures. Daarnaast check je ook of er weer nieuwe kandidaten zijn die vragen hebben of interesse in een call_**.**
**17.30: Plannen en voorbereiding volgende dag **_Jij krijgt:
- Een mooi salaris en bonus regeling. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring ligt het start salaris tussen de €2.000;
- en €2.300;
- per maand;
- (€24.000;
- en - €27.600;
- per jaar).
- Boven op jouw salaris een uncapped bonus. Een realistische verwachting/doelstelling is het eerste jaar een maandelijkse bonus van €400;
- boven op jouw salaris

- te besteden voor jouw home office.
- Een telefoon (type toestel wordt nog vastgesteld, bij ingang vast dienst verband een Iphone)

Wat verwachten wij:
- Idealiter heb je ervaring met sourcen binnen het recruitment proces, middels meerdere kanalen (Linkedin, Boolean search etc.)
- Je bent efficiënt in het organiseren en coördineren
- Je weet goed prioriteiten te stellen
- Je kan goed met hectiek omgaan zoals het eventueel ‘omgooien’ van je dag planning
Mocht je nog niet op alle fronten ervaring hebben en verder wel in aanmerking komen, dan word je hierin uiteraard getraind. Samen met jou creëren we een road map, dat betekent dat je vanuit deze positie door kan groeien.
