**CAMPAIGN MANAGER**

In LOUDINGads you will join a group of young, talented, international and dynamic people who are constantly looking for new challenges. We are a Digital Marketing and Lead Generation agency based in Barcelona and projected to the world.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the monetization of the internal DBs, supervising all the stream from acquisition to reporting. It's a position that requires both relational and analytics skills with a full focus on the goals and the development of the department.

**As campaign manager you'll be responsible for**:

- Negotiating the payouts with new and existing partners and choosing the best campaigns to be sent on the databases
- Send and follow-up on business proposals in collaboration with management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing business partners and clients.
- Supervising the tracking and creative set up of the campaigns
- Managing the strategy to better monetize the database
- Expand the market, ensuring the increase in eCPM and margin.
- Checking the quality of the data acquired
- Analyzing the statistics and take the steps forward
- Generating reports and keeping track of the invoicing process
- Monthly reporting of revenues to management
- Active prospects for new advertisers and database owners through Linkedin and phone calls.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and preferably an extra languages as french, italian, and dutch
- Strong analytical skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Digital marketing passionate
- Strong skills with basic Office package
- Self organizing
- Proactively problem solving
