**Job Announcement: Confectioner/Confiseur Position Available - January 2025

**Location**: International Worldwide (Live-in On-board)

**Salary**:$3,900 per month tax-free

**Contract Length**: 5 months on-board, 2 months on leave (no days off, only paid when working on board)

If so, we have an extraordinary opportunity for you to travel the globe and showcase your culinary talents aboard a luxury ocean cruise

**About Us**:
Join our prestigious luxury cruise ship, operating with a capacity of 700 passengers, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are searching for a skilled Confectioner with chocolate experience to collaborate with our talented pastry team in producing exquisite desserts for our onboard restaurants and outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and craft high-quality chocolates and confections for our gourmet offerings.
- Collaborate with the pastry team to maintain the highest culinary standards.
- Contribute to menu development and innovate dessert presentations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a gourmet establishment.
- Expertise in chocolaterie and confectionery is essential.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise industry preferred. Michelin is a plus.
- Availability to start in January 2025
- STCW Certificate, C1D Visa, Medical Certificate, and Seaman's book.
