The role:
To support the Change Management of the Athena Project

To administer Group H&S processes and procedures within the new tool, as well as provide analysis, information and reporting on H&S activity and performance.

Give Admin support to the H&S and QE Directions.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Change Management for the New QEHS platform implementation.
- Administer Group H&S in the new QEHS platform (once installed)
- Administer the current
- Group H&S software (Prosafety / WorldLex /)
- Manage H&S documents within Saica Portal
- Provide H&S Information & Reports
- Budget & expenses control

**Requirements**:
**Academic Qualification**:

- Just graduated in Engineering: Industrial, Chemical engineer, Mathematical engineering and computer science, Degree in Data Science and engineering, - Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or Técnico Superior de Prevención, etc.) will be valued.

**Experience**: Have experience in a similar role, one or two years maximum of working experience since the graduation.
- International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.
- High written and spoken** English (C1)**:

- French will be a plus
